Function
The blasting machine cast steel shot and grit to steel pipes’ surface and remove steel pipe surface oxide and form a certain anchor depth on pipe surface, which can improve the adhesion of coating layer. In the meanwhile, residual stress which is caused by processes like shear, welding, molding etc. can be eliminated. The production can be equipped with two blasting machine in tandem or parallel.
Composition
It consists of steel pipe clean room, impeller head, bucket elevator, sand separator, two-level dust collecting system, pneumatic device and electric control device, etc.
