General Introduce:
Automatic blast cleaning machine is widely used for metal gridding, steel tube, petroleum, chemical, electric power industry. It is a kind of dry cleaning machinery. In the process of forming, processing, transporting and storing of the work piece, there will always be oxide coating, rust, slag, dust, oil and others on the surface. The machine uses high-speed blast to strike and cut the surface of the work piece in dry and non-fluid media, and realize the cleaning purpose.
Description:
This blast cleaning machine is designed for the large, middle and small calibre size of the steel tube and the cylinder. Impeller head locate at multi angle, which is the high efficiency blasting wheels, shot blasting with high-speed thick blasting pills and blowing on the surface to have a tridimensional and omnibearing cleaning, to clean away the rusting layer, oxidation layer and other dirty things from surface quickly, to make surface achieve a bright and clean surface and to improve the adhesion force of painting to surface and improve the anti-fatigue force and anti-rust capacity of surface, improve the inherent quality of surface and prolong the lifetime of steel tube.
Using Area:
Blast cleaning machine is used to clean external surface of steel pipes and similar pipes. By shot blasting, it can remove oxide layers, welding slag. The steel pipe will show metal color after blasting which is good for painting. Thus it can prolong the service life and improve performance of products.

2. Installation and commissioning time: 20 days
3. Installation and commissioning issue: Longcheng will send 1- 2 technicians to help with machine installation and commissioning for our shot blasting machine, the customer pays for their tickets, hotel and diet, and salary is USD 70 per day per person.
4. Warranty time of shot blasting machine: 12 months from date of commissioning completion, but no more than 18 months from date of delivery.
5. Payment terms: 30% as down payment, 70% balance at sight of B/L copy before delivery
6. Longcheng supplies full English documents, including general installation drawing, pit design drawing, manual book, electric wiring diagram, electric manual book, maintenance book and etc.
